A-Z fitness tips – A is for Abdominals

So today we start my new A-Z fitness tips and exercises! A is for Abdominals
and one of my favorite exercises is the hanging knee raise from a pullup bar. Grasp the bar using a shoulder width grip. Pelvic tilt and raises knees as high as possible. Do not lower your legs to the point of arching your back. Keep the abdominal wall engaged by pulling in and exhaling as you lift your knees.
